The absence of basic amenities like toiletries, bottled water, and a kettle, alongside issues like a leaking bathroom and a malfunctioning TV, created a less-than-comfortable experience. The waiting area was inadequate, featuring only metal high chairs without back support, making the initial 2-hour wait rather uncomfortable. Moreover, the pool closing at midnight felt premature for a weekend stay, limiting nighttime relaxation options.

The rooftop pool provided a stunning backdrop for relaxation, while the 24-hour laundry and shop downstairs offered much-needed convenience, making our stay enjoyable despite the room size.
